    @TheLeilisa
Just a lil’ bit, is more important the technique than how tall are you, I have seen swimmers of 170 cm deafeating people of 195 cm, so it doesn’t really matter if you are a goliath if you don’t know how to move.

  28. I like it how the cameraman fainted from the lack of air after 2 mins or so :)

Also: great educational film if you want to improve your technique, thanks for uploading

  29. thanks for the video. i didn’t know what kind of kick was used.

what is your favorite swim style?

  30. @TheLeilisa Area you a breaststroker? Cause it’s really not necessary if you’re naturally talented.

  31. @timmayi2 thanks, i need a couple of inches more. There is this product named ” helpo growth formula” ive been using it for weeks and can notice the difference hopefullyim gonna hit 6ft

  32. @TheLeilisa Kitajima’s 5’10.

  33. ??? ????? ?????????????? ?? ????????,

  34. Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?

  35. squirrelaids56 04. Jul, 2011 at 7:02 PM

    omg such good technique

  36. dang this guy is good

  37. when you’ve got technique as perfect as this you don’t need to big or tall

  38. This is just beautiful and inspirational!

  39. pisses me off, i feel like he swims faster than my freestyle… -.-

  40. He has a huge strength on his arms – so that was difference

  41. @MichaelJacksonpoop He pushes backwards more than sweeping inwards

  42. MichaelJacksonpoop 05. Jul, 2011 at 12:02 AM

his legs seem different to a frog kick, i tried doing what he did but i somehow did the dolphin kick instead

  43. @ImJustTooBad
It depends. You will definitely have a longer pullout when you kick before your pulldown and swimming underwater conserves energy. If you have a very good dolphin kick independent of your pulldown it will also be faster. It basically has the potential to be faster if you are doing it well.

  44. I have a question, their pulldowns, they do their dolphin kick before their pulldown, and usually it’s done with the dolphin kcik at the same time as the pulldown, which is faster?

  45. His left leg looks slightly off from is right but, other than that, his kick is so powerful.

  46. i know this is a breaststroke video. but i got DQ’d at my state final in my 100 backstroke because when i touched the wall my body was underwater. make sure when you touch you flick your foot in the air or stick your dick outta the water or sumtin…… out of habit i usually flick my feet for the finish, but nobody told me about this rule so i didnt think it mattered…….. fuck turn judges

  47. Amazing!

P.S. Ehm, it’s “Kosuke”, not “Koske” (that’s the pronunciation) =)

  48. i dont get it they dont look fast yet if i was next to him hed be beating me with me doing freestyle haha

  49. It looks like they have a beard when they come up for air haha
